Cameralux Terms and Conditions

CameraLux Terms and Conditions of Use

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

THIS WEBSITE AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE STRICTLY FOR ADULTS ONLY. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AND HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF LEGAL ADULTHOOD IN YOUR COUNTRY TO ACCESS, REGISTER FOR, OR USE THE CAMERALUX PLATFORM.

ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, POLICIES, AND LEGAL DOCUMENTS ARE GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. IF THERE IS ANY DISCREPANCY, CONFLICT, OR DIFFERENCE IN INTERPRETATION BETWEEN TRANSLATIONS, THE ENGLISH VERSION TAKES PRECEDENCE AND IS THE ONLY LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT.

By logging in, browsing, signing up, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm and accept that you are voluntarily entering a digital space containing adult-oriented material. This includes, but is not limited to, explicit videos, live streams, private interactive encounters, chats between users, and user-submitted content that may be sexual, suggestive, graphic, or otherwise sensitive.

You also acknowledge that some content might be offensive, unsuitable, unsettling, or unlawful in certain regions, and access could be limited or banned by local laws, cultural norms, or government restrictions. Legal treatment of adult content varies widely by location and may include age limits, content types, distribution methods, or payment rules.

To be clear, it’s your sole responsibility to check whether accessing such content is legal where you live before using the Platform. The Company makes no guarantees that the Platform or its content complies with the laws that apply to you.

If adult content is restricted or banned in your area, you must stop using the Platform immediately. Continuing to use it means you’ve confirmed you’ve checked its legality and take full responsibility for any consequences, including legal or civil penalties.

As far as the law allows, the Company isn’t liable for any misuse or illegal use of the Platform, including access by minors, use from prohibited regions, or attempts to bypass restrictions (such as VPNs, proxies, anonymisers, or fake IDs).

Users understand that trying to get around age checks, location locks, or other access controls can break this Agreement and lead to immediate suspension, termination, or permanent bans without warning.

Nothing here limits the Company’s right to take further action if needed to ensure legal and platform compliance.

1. Legal Framework and Parties

This Agreement is a binding legal contract between GODAN30 LLP, a limited liability partnership registered under English and Welsh law, with its main office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (the “Company”), and anyone using or accessing the Platform (the “User”).

The Agreement covers all use of the Cameralux Platform, including domains, subdomains, apps, mobile versions, APIs, and related services controlled by the Company. It applies to all interactions, transactions, and activities on the Platform, no matter the device, network, or access method.

This Agreement is meant to be enforceable internationally. Where local mandatory laws apply, those laws will take precedence only to the extent required and won’t affect the rest of the Agreement’s enforceability.

By using the Platform, you agree electronically to this Agreement, which has the same legal force as a signed paper contract. Actions like clicking “I agree,” accessing, or continuing to use the Platform count as consent.

Nothing here restricts rights or duties that can’t be excluded by law. Consumer rights will be respected as required, without affecting the rest of the Agreement.

The Company reserves all rights not explicitly given here, including intellectual property and policy enforcement rights.

This Agreement overrides any previous agreements or understandings about using the Platform.

2. Definitions (Expanded and Reinforced)

For clarity, the following definitions apply throughout:

Platform: The entire Cameralux system — all digital infrastructure, apps, software, hosting, streaming tech, payment systems, databases, interfaces, and related services run by the Company.

User: Any person or organisation accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Platform, whether actively or passively, temporarily or continuously.

Member: A User who views content, chats, or pays for services on the Platform.

Performer: A User who provides or uploads content or services, including live streams, recordings, or interactive sessions.

Content: Audio, video, images, text, data, or interactive material available on the Platform, live or recorded, including user-generated content.

Services: All features and functions on the Platform like streaming, messaging, tipping, subscriptions, and content access.

Jurisdiction: The legal region that applies to a User, based on location, residency, IP, or law.

These definitions apply across the Agreement and should be interpreted broadly to preserve legal effect.

3. Nature of the Platform (Comprehensive Legal Positioning)

Cameralux is a tech service provider connecting consenting adult Users. The Platform offers hosting, live streaming, communication tools, and payment processing but doesn’t create or control content.

The Company doesn’t produce, script, direct, edit, or supervise User-generated content. All content comes from independent Users acting on their own responsibility.

The Company doesn’t employ or manage Performers, who operate independently, responsible for their own behaviour and legal compliance. No employer-employee or agency relationship exists between the Company and Users.

Interactions, chats, transactions, and content exchanges happen directly between Users; the Company is just the tech provider.

The Company disclaims responsibility for content accuracy, legality, or quality and makes no promises about User satisfaction or financial gains.

The Company doesn’t monitor all content or interactions live. Moderation tools and reports may exist but don’t mean continuous supervision or responsibility for User content.

This applies to all types of content, including live streams, recordings, private messages, and other interactions.

4. Eligibility and User Requirements

Only individuals who meet all eligibility criteria can access and use the Platform. These criteria must be met throughout use.

Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old or older if their local age of majority is higher. They must also be legally allowed to view adult content.

Users confirm they access the Platform voluntarily, lawfully, and haven’t been banned or suspended before, nor are trying to evade such actions.

Providing false info, like fake age or location, breaks this Agreement and may lead to immediate suspension or termination without warning.

The Company may verify eligibility anytime, including identity and age checks. Failure to comply may restrict or end access.

Users acknowledge ongoing eligibility is required, and failure to comply may lead to enforcement actions. The Company won’t be liable for losses from good faith enforcement.

5. Global Compliance and Jurisdictional Restrictions (Deep Version)

Cameralux operates globally and complies with various laws across regions. Access and features may differ depending on where you are and local regulations.

Users understand laws on adult content, online services, data privacy, and payments vary widely, including age checks, content limits, and reporting rules.

The Company may apply geo-blocking, content filters, age verification, and feature restrictions to comply with laws.

Access may be limited based on location data or IP. Attempts to bypass restrictions with VPNs or proxies can lead to enforcement actions.

The table below summarises compliance approaches by region:

Region Verification Requirement Access Policy Compliance Trigger
United Kingdom Mandatory ID check Access blocked until verified Online Safety laws
European Union ID or token-based verification Restricted access pending verification GDPR and Digital Services Act
New Zealand Region-specific rules Conditional access based on local law Age verification regulations
Brazil & Other Regions Self-declaration (where allowed) Access with monitoring Local legal requirements

This table is a guide and may be updated as laws change.

Users accept compliance measures may evolve and continued use means acceptance of updates.

6. Age Verification (Legal and Technical Framework)

Cameralux uses age verification to block minors and meet legal requirements. Methods depend on your location and may include:

  • Government ID checks;
  • Facial recognition and liveness detection;
  • Third-party verification services;
  • Self-declaration where legally allowed.

Age verification is required to access some features or the Platform itself. Failure to verify may limit or deny access.

Trying to bypass or cheat these checks breaches this Agreement and can lead to permanent ban.

The Company may keep verification data per privacy laws, including tokens and timestamps, but not full ID docs unless legally required.

Verification status may be checked periodically and additional checks may be requested.

The Company isn’t liable for false or inaccurate info Users provide during verification.

7. Account Registration

To access some features, Users may need to create an account and provide accurate, current details.

Users are responsible for keeping their login info secure and for all activities on their account. The Company isn’t liable for misuse caused by User negligence.

The Company can suspend or terminate accounts with false info or breaches of this Agreement.

8. Account Security

Users must keep their account credentials private and secure, including usernames, passwords, and authentication tokens.

Users should use strong passwords, secure devices, and updated software to avoid unauthorized access. Using shared or public devices is at the User’s risk.

The Company isn’t liable for losses or unauthorized activity from inadequate security.

Users must report any suspected breaches or unauthorised access immediately. Failure to report may increase risk, for which Users are fully responsible.

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts showing suspicious activity without warning to protect Users and the Platform.

9. Service Availability

The Platform and its services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any guarantees.

The Company disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

The Platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party disruptions, network problems, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

Users accept these risks and agree the Company isn’t liable for losses from interruptions.

Temporary or permanent service outages don’t breach this Agreement.

10. Modifications to the Platform

The Company can change, update, suspend, restrict, or stop any part of the Platform anytime, with or without notice.

Changes might affect features, payments, content, or technical aspects.

Users agree the Platform evolves and accept modifications as necessary for legal and operational reasons.

The Company isn’t liable for any inconvenience from changes.

Continuing to use the Platform after changes means you accept them.

11. Updates to Terms

The Company may update this Agreement anytime to reflect legal or operational changes.

New versions take effect when published on the Platform unless stated otherwise.

Users are responsible for reviewing updates. Continuing to use the Platform means accepting changes.

If you disagree with updates, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

The Company handles personal data according to privacy laws like GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD.

Data is processed lawfully and only as needed for Platform operation, legal compliance, and protecting legitimate interests.

Activities include account management, payments, fraud prevention, security, and regulatory compliance.

Technical and organisational measures protect data, though no system is fully secure.

Privacy details are in the Privacy Policy, part of this Agreement.

13. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Platform uses cookies and similar tech to improve function, user experience, and security.

Cookies help with sessions, preferences, analytics, fraud detection, and age checks.

Users can manage cookie settings, but disabling some may reduce Platform functionality.

Using the Platform means you agree to cookie use per Company policies.

14. Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend, restrict, or end access when Users break this Agreement, act unlawfully, or threaten the Platform or others.

Termination can happen instantly without notice when needed for safety or compliance.

Users may lose access to content or data; the Company isn’t liable for losses.

Termination doesn’t remove obligations made beforehand, including payments or legal duties.

15. General Provisions

If any part of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, that part will be adjusted as much as possible, and the rest stays valid.

This Agreement is the full contract between User and Company, replacing earlier agreements.

Delay or failure to enforce rights doesn’t waive them.

The Company reserves all rights not expressly given here.

The Agreement will be interpreted to keep it enforceable and effective.

16. User Obligations (Comprehensive and Binding)

By using the Platform, Users agree to follow all obligations here and laws in their area.

Use must be lawful and consistent with the Platform’s purpose as a tech service connecting consenting adults. Illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive use is banned.

Users must not be involved in, promote, or benefit from trafficking, forced labour, coercion, or abuse.

Prohibited acts include recruiting or exploiting people, non-consensual sexual activity, controlling participation without consent, or using threats or manipulation.

The Company can investigate and take immediate enforcement, including account bans and reporting.

Compliance with this policy is required to use the Platform; breaches may lead to legal action.

19. Content Standards and User-Generated Content

All content must follow laws and this Agreement. Users are responsible for what they upload or share.

Content can’t include:

  • Illegal material;
  • Content involving minors;
  • Non-consensual or exploitative material;
  • Hate speech or harassment;
  • Infringement of intellectual property.

Users confirm they have rights and permissions for their content.

The Company can remove or limit content violating rules.

Removal doesn’t mean endorsement of other content.

20. Limitation of Liability

The Company isn’t liable for any direct or indirect damages from Platform use, including:

  • User interactions;
  • User content;
  • Service outages;
  • Unauthorized access;
  • Technical issues.

Use is at Users’ own risk; no outcome is guaranteed.

Total liability, if any, won’t exceed amounts paid by the User recently.

Some regions may not allow these limits; then, limits apply as far as law permits.

21. Indemnification (Full Legal Protection Clause)

Users agree to protect and defend the Company and its affiliates from any claims or losses resulting from User actions, including breaching this Agreement, breaking laws, infringing rights, or fraudulent conduct.

This includes legal fees and covers claims related to content, interactions, or misconduct.

The Company may take over defence of claims, and Users agree to cooperate.

This obligation continues after termination.

22. User Interactions and Transactions (Risk Allocation)

The Platform enables User interactions but is not involved in their communications or deals.

Users are responsible for assessing the legality and suitability of their interactions.

Users engage with others at their own risk and should be cautious.

No compensation will be given for actions taken in good faith to prevent fraud.

Users must not try to manipulate or exploit the system.

24. Enforcement and Disciplinary Actions

Actions may occur without notice if urgent.

Decisions are final, respecting law.

Users agree such measures keep the Platform safe and compliant.

Use is a convenience; results aren’t guaranteed.

Liability limits apply as far as law permits.

27. Platform Positioning and Role Clarification

Cameralux is a tech platform enabling User interactions, not a publisher, employer, or agent.

The Company isn’t responsible for User content or behaviour.

Users accept risks of relying on content and interactions.

The Company isn’t obliged to monitor all activity.

28. No Warranty and Disclaimer of Representations

The Platform and services come without warranties or guarantees, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

The Company doesn’t promise the Platform will meet expectations or be error-free.

Use is at Users’ own risk.

These operate independently, and the Company isn’t liable for their faults.

Issues with third parties must be handled with them directly.

30. Force Majeure

The Company isn’t liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond control, such as natural disasters, war, government actions, power outages, cyberattacks, or third-party failures.

Obligations pause during such events, and no compensation is due.

31. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes will be resolved in courts there, unless local law requires otherwise.

The choice of law doesn’t limit enforcement in other places.

32. Severability and Interpretation

If any part is invalid, it will be adjusted to preserve effect, and the rest remains valid.

Headings are for convenience only.
