ALL TERMS, POLICIES, AND LEGAL DOCUMENTS ARE GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. IF ANY DISCREPANCIES OR INTERPRETATIONS ARISE FROM TRANSLATED VERSIONS, THE ENGLISH TEXT WILL TAKE PRECEDENCE AND BE THE ONLY LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT.

You also accept that such content might be considered explicit, offensive, or unsuitable in some regions or cultures, and it’s your responsibility to ensure that viewing such material is legal and appropriate where you are.

If accessing this content is forbidden, limited, or illegal in your jurisdiction, you must stop using the Platform immediately. Continuing to use it signifies you’ve independently confirmed its legality and take full responsibility for complying with all local laws.

The Platform does not actively verify the legality of access for each user beyond standard compliance checks. Hence, all legal risks related to your location rest entirely with you.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

The Company can update these Terms anytime.

Continuing to use the Platform means you accept the updates.

11. PERFORMER STATUS AND INDEPENDENCE

All content creators and service providers on Cameralux (the “Performers”) operate as independent contractors. This is a key legal term and will be strictly applied in all contexts.

This Agreement or any interaction does not establish employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or agency relationships between Cameralux and any Performer. Performers are not employees and receive no employee benefits or protections under any law.

Performers agree that they:

  • Control how, when, and what they perform;
  • Set their own schedules and content style;
  • Use their own gear and premises;
  • May work with other platforms or businesses as their contracts allow;
  • Take on all commercial risks tied to their Platform activities.

The Company does not supervise or control performances. Any tools offered by the Platform are optional and don’t grant control rights.

This clause will be interpreted to maintain Performers’ independent contractor status as much as law permits.

---

12. PERFORMER CATEGORIES (A / B / C)

For clarity and responsibility allocation, Cameralux sorts Performers into:

  • Category A – Independent Model: operates solo on the Platform without Studio management;
  • Category B – Studio: a business or person managing one or more Models;
  • Category C – Studio Model: a Model under Studio supervision.

Each has distinct rights, duties, and liabilities. The Company may assign categories based on actual relationships.

---

13. CATEGORY A – INDEPENDENT MODEL

An Independent Model signs up directly with Cameralux and runs their own activity.

They must:

  • Create, upload, and manage all their content;
  • Set prices and service options;
  • Engage with Members and handle interactions;
  • Comply with all laws, including tax and consumer rules;
  • Keep required records, such as proof of age and consent.

The Model warrants they:

  • Are 18 or older and legally able to contract;
  • Act voluntarily without coercion;
  • Own rights to all their content;
  • Will not breach prohibited conduct rules.

Financial and Tax Responsibilities:

The Model is fully liable for tax on earnings, including:

  • Income tax reporting and payment;
  • GST or equivalent, if applicable;
  • Social security or self-employment taxes;
  • Record-keeping and invoicing compliance.

Examples of Jurisdictional Contexts (non-exhaustive):

  • New Zealand: Models may be self-employed and must report income to Inland Revenue;
  • European Union: VAT may apply based on thresholds and supply rules;
  • Brazil: Earnings may be taxed individually or via special regimes;
  • United States: Models often treated as independent contractors for tax purposes.

The Company does not provide tax advice and disclaims responsibility for tax compliance.

---

14. CATEGORY B – STUDIO (MANAGEMENT)

A Studio is an entity or person managing one or more Models and acts as Cameralux’s primary contact for those Models.

The Studio is responsible for:

  • Recruiting, onboarding, and managing Models;
  • Verifying Models’ identity and age;
  • Ensuring Models’ voluntary and lawful conduct;
  • Complying with labour, tax, and regulatory laws;
  • Maintaining legal records including consents and IDs.

The Studio represents that:

  • All Models are 18 or older;
  • No coercion or trafficking exists;
  • All consents are secured and documented;
  • Operations comply with applicable laws.

Liability:

The Studio alone is liable for its Models’ actions. Cameralux is not responsible for:

  • Payments from Studio to Models;
  • Disputes between Studio and Models;
  • Studio’s employment law compliance.

Payments:

  • Cameralux pays the Studio;
  • The Studio pays its Models;
  • Cameralux doesn’t oversee internal payouts.

---

15. CATEGORY C – STUDIO MODEL

A Studio Model works under Studio control. They acknowledge:

  • Their contract is with the Studio, not Cameralux;
  • Cameralux is not their employer or agent;
  • Payment and contract matters go through the Studio.

The Model is still responsible for following Platform rules and laws.

---

16. CONTENT WARRANTIES AND CONSENT

All Performers guarantee that:

  • All content involves full, informed, and voluntary consent;
  • No minors appear in any content;
  • No coercion, force, or exploitation occurs;
  • All participants can legally consent;
  • Content complies with all laws.

Performers must keep verifiable consent records and provide them on request to the Company or authorities.

Non-compliance leads to account termination and possible legal action.

---

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Performers keep ownership of their content but grant Cameralux a licence that is:

  • Non-exclusive;
  • Worldwide;
  • Royalty-free;
  • Transferable to service providers for Platform operation.

This licence lets Cameralux:

  • Host, store, and transmit content;
  • Show and stream content to Members;
  • Use content for promotion and Platform running.

This licence is limited to Platform operation and promotion and does not transfer ownership.

Moral rights are respected under EU law and cannot be waived where forbidden.

---

18. CONTENT MODERATION AND PLATFORM RIGHTS

Cameralux may review, remove, restrict, or block content violating this Agreement or laws.

This can happen without notice to protect:

  • Users;
  • Platform integrity;
  • Legal compliance.

The Company does not perform general monitoring beyond legal requirements.

---

19. PERFORMER EARNINGS AND PAYMENT

Performers earn from Member payments for services. Earnings vary based on demand, pricing, and activity.

Performers understand:

  • Income isn’t guaranteed;
  • Payment timing may vary;
  • Third-party processors may cause delays.

Cameralux doesn’t guarantee minimum earnings.

---

20. FRAUD AND PLATFORM PROTECTION

The Platform enforces strict anti-fraud rules. Prohibited acts include:

  • Artificially boosting traffic or earnings;
  • Using bots or automation;
  • Manipulating payment systems;
  • Colluding unfairly.

Violations risk suspension, termination, and recovery actions.

---

21. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Cameralux may suspend or close accounts if there’s reasonable evidence of:

  • Agreement breaches;
  • Fraud or abuse;
  • Legal risks.

Actions may occur without warning if necessary.

---

22. DATA PROTECTION FOR PERFORMERS

Performer data is handled per relevant privacy laws.

Data may include:

  • Identity verification;
  • Payment info;
  • Activity logs.

Data is used only for legitimate reasons and protected appropriately.

---

23. LIABILITY LIMITS FOR PERFORMERS

To the full extent allowed by law, Cameralux isn’t liable for:

  • Lost earnings;
  • Business disruptions;
  • Third-party disputes.

Liability exclusions don’t apply where the law forbids.

---

24. PERFORMER FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By using the Platform, Performers confirm they:

  • Operate independently;
  • Take full legal responsibility for their actions;
  • Accept the risks of digital platform use.

This Agreement is the full understanding between Performer and Cameralux about Platform use.

25. PAYMENT FRAMEWORK AND DIGITAL TOKEN SYSTEM

Cameralux runs a closed digital token system to securely and efficiently handle payments between Members and Performers worldwide.

Members buy digital tokens from approved providers rather than paying directly for content. These tokens then pay for Performers’ services.

Tokens aren’t legal tender, electronic money, stored value, or financial instruments. They only grant limited, non-transferable rights to access Platform services.

Tokens have no value outside the Platform and can’t be cashed out by Members.

The Company can change token systems, prices, or exchange rates anytime but won’t affect tokens already purchased.

---

26. PAYMENT PROVIDERS AND REGULATION

Cameralux partners with multiple third-party payment providers for worldwide coverage and legal compliance.

These may include:

  • CCBill: global card processing, subscriptions, and adult compliance;
  • PayGarden: alternative payments like gift cards;
  • CoinPayments: cryptocurrency and blockchain payments;
  • PagSeguro and WePayments: Brazil-specific methods including PIX and local options.

Each provider operates independently under its own rules, including:

  • KYC (Know Your Customer);
  • AML (Anti-Money Laundering);
  • Fraud detection;
  • Transaction monitoring and reporting.

Cameralux doesn’t control or overturn payment providers’ compliance decisions.

---

27. TRANSACTION LIFECYCLE

Transactions follow stages:

  • Authorisation: payment method verified;
  • Capture: funds secured;
  • Settlement: funds moved to Platform accounts;
  • Conversion: tokens assigned to Member;
  • Consumption: tokens spent on services.

Stages may face delays or checks depending on provider rules and risk.

27A. PAYMENT FLOW EXAMPLES

Members agree that:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before billing;
  • Billing periods depend on provider;
  • Free trials convert to paid subscriptions if not cancelled.

Important notes:

  • Failure to cancel before renewal results in automatic charges;
  • Unused time isn’t refundable;
  • Inactive accounts don’t pause billing.

---

29. REFUNDS POLICY

All services are digital, immediate, and consumed on access, so transactions are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be given only for:

  • Duplicate charges;
  • Verified technical failures;
  • Non-delivery of purchased services.

Refunds won’t be given for:

Refund decisions rely on objective system logs.

---

30. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Chargebacks are a major Platform risk and are closely monitored.

Members agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Cameralux support.

Chargeback abuse includes:

  • Disputing valid transactions after use;
  • Repeated refund manipulation;
  • False claims of unauthorised payments.

Consequences include:

  • Account suspension or termination;
  • Financial recovery efforts;
  • Reporting to payment providers.

30A. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes follow:

  • Step 1: Support request;

Crypto payments are final and irreversible.

No refunds or chargebacks are possible.

Users accept all risks of crypto payments.

  • Risk scoring.

Suspicious actions may lead to restrictions or account closure.

  • Suspicion of fraud;
  • Chargeback risk;
  • Regulatory reasons.

Withholding will be proportionate, temporary, and reviewed.

---

35. DATA AND TRANSACTION RECORDS

The Company keeps transaction records for compliance, fraud prevention, and audits.

Retention times vary by law.

---

36. FINAL PAYMENT AND ENFORCEMENT NOTICE

By using the Platform, Users confirm:

  • Payments follow strict rules;
  • Refunds are limited;
  • Fraud prevention is actively enforced.

This ensures Cameralux’s integrity, security, and longevity.

37. COMPANY COMMITMENT AND CONCLUSION

Cameralux is dedicated to offering a secure, compliant, and responsible platform for lawful adult interactions worldwide. The Company continually updates policies, systems, and practices to meet evolving legal, industry, and tech standards.

Through strong compliance tools—including age checks, fraud detection, data protection, and secure payments—Cameralux strives to maintain trust, transparency, and fairness across its operations.

The Company clearly distinguishes its role as a technology provider from the independent activities of Users and Performers to ensure legal clarity and operational efficiency.

Users and Performers must engage in good faith, follow laws, and respect these Terms. Misuse or violation undermines the Platform and may lead to enforcement actions.

By continuing to use Cameralux, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement fully, including all policies and responsibilities.

This Agreement is the entire and exclusive contract governing your Platform use, replacing any prior agreements.

If any part is invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted as fully as possible, and the rest remains effective.

Cameralux reserves all rights not expressly granted here.
