YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND LEGALLY AN ADULT IN YOUR REGION TO ACCESS OR JOIN ANY GOLD SHOW ON CAMERALUX.

ALL TERMS, POLICIES, AND CONDITIONS ARE GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. IF ANY TRANSLATION DISCREPANCIES OCCUR, THE ENGLISH VERSION TAKES PRECEDENCE.

Gold Show Policy (Prepaid Group Performance – Expanded Overview)

A Gold Show is a prepaid, time-bound group show hosted by an independent Model on the Cameralux platform. Gold Shows let multiple users chip in a set amount of tokens or tokens to enjoy the performance together live.

Cameralux acts purely as a tech platform and doesn't directly manage or control the content, acts, or behaviour of Models.

1. The Nature of Gold Shows

• Entertainment-focused and highly subjective
• Models operate as independent contractors
• No guarantee on specific actions or results
• User satisfaction is based on personal opinion

Personal displeasure or unmet expectations do not qualify for refunds.

2. Show Setup

• Performance overview (for guidance only)
• Total funding target
• Minimum contribution required
• Duration and countdown timer

Models have full control over how the show unfolds.

3. Before the Show

• Users can pledge funds
• No obligation for Models to perform before show starts

If the target isn’t met, the Model may cancel → full refunds will be processed.

4. Show Launch and Participation

• Only contributors get access
• Participation takes place in a communal group setting

5. Policy on Joining Late

• Full ticket price applies, no matter when you join
• No discounted or prorated access
• No refunds for late entries

6. Disconnections

• Reconnections allowed if possible
• No refunds for issues on the user’s side
• Platform technical failures may be considered

7. Tipping

• Completely voluntary and at your discretion
• No obligation to tip
• Tips are final and non-refundable

8. Partial Attendance

• Leaving early → no refund
• Model finishing early → may be reviewed

9. Gold Show Refund Policy (All-Inclusive)

Gold Shows are prepaid, live digital experiences. Once underway, the service is considered delivered.

General Principles

• Payments are final once access is granted
• Refunds granted only in clear, verifiable scenarios
• Personal dissatisfaction is not eligible

Full Refunds

• If the show is cancelled before it starts → full 100% refund

Partial Refunds

• Significant early show termination
• Technical issues on the platform side

Refunds may be prorated based on unused time.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Joining late
• Leaving before the show ends
• Personal device or internet problems
• Displeasure with the performance
• Tips and extra payments

Technical Glitches

• Server-side faults → eligible for refund
• User-side faults → not eligible

Legal Jurisdictions

EU / UK:

• User agrees to immediate service delivery
• Right to cancel is waived once the show starts

Brazil:

• Right of regret only applies before the show begins

United States:

• Refunds limited to tech or payment errors

10. Content Disclaimer

• No promise of specific acts

11. Recorded Content

All purchases of recorded content are final with no refunds.

12. Fraud and Abuse

• Repeated refund exploitation
• Chargebacks after participation
• Manipulating the system

Consequences include:

• Account suspension or closure
• Permanent bans
• Recovery of losses

13. Chargebacks

• Contact Cameralux before disputing charges
• Chargebacks may result in suspension
• User pays any fees or penalties

14. Consumer Rights

Local laws take precedence when applicable.

15. Liability Limits

• No liability for Model’s conduct
• No liability for user dissatisfaction
• No liability for external technical problems

Maximum liability limited to the amount you’ve paid.

16. Final Note

By joining a Gold Show, you agree to these terms.
